Kind Mug Names Total Action for Progress as First Roanoke Valley Grantee
Roanoke, VA — Kind Mug, the mission-driven coffee company behind KindMug.com, has announced Total Action for Progress (TAP) as its first official grantee in the Roanoke Valley.
As part of its commitment to local impact, Kind Mug has dedicated 50% of its Roanoke Valley online sales profits and 50% of profits from its future brick-and-mortar locations to support TAP’s life-changing work throughout the region.
Total Action for Progress is one of the Roanoke Valley’s most vital nonprofits, serving children, adults, veterans, and families through a wide range of programs. TAP’s mission includes early childhood and adult education—most notably the Head Start program—along with housing assistance, workforce development, veteran services, and comprehensive community support.
