90 points

Flagship Blend

Our flagship coffee, served in all KIND MUG cafés and the only bagged blend we offer—still specialty grade at 90 points. Crafted for consistency, balance, and approachability, this blend combines select coffees to deliver a smooth, multi-layered cup with harmonious flavor, rich sweetness, and a dependable taste that represents everything we value in coffee.

Origin & Region
Colombia — Huila & Cauca

Sourced from smallholder farms in Huila and Cauca—two of Colombia’s most celebrated coffee regions—where volcanic soils, diverse microclimates, and generations of expertise produce coffees prized for their clarity, sweetness, and balance. This light-medium roast celebrates Colombian coffee excellence with bright cherry, grape, and plum notes layered over rich chocolate and cane sugar sweetness—a hallmark of Colombia’s most exceptional coffees.

Tasting Profile
Roast: Light-Medium

Smooth and fruit-forward, this coffee offers a round acidity and clean finish. Layers of cherry, grape, and plum unfold over a base of chocolate and cane sugar, highlighting the clarity and balance that define Colombia’s finest coffees.

Blend Composition
Caturra, Colombia, Castillo, Typica, Bourbon

A thoughtfully crafted mix of traditional and modern Colombian varietals. Caturra and Typica lend brightness and fruit, while Colombia and Castillo varietals provide balance and natural resilience. Bourbon contributes depth and chocolate tones, completing a classic Colombian profile—vibrant fruit, rich chocolate, and cane sugar sweetness.

Altitude & Processing
1,200–1,800 MASL | Washed Process

Grown at high elevations, these beans develop bright, complex flavors enhanced through careful washed processing. The fermentation and washing steps fully remove the mucilage, producing a crisp, refined cup with vibrant fruit notes and a balanced sweetness.
