Ethiopian Single Origin

Bright, floral, and complex, this exceptional coffee from Ethiopia’s Guji region celebrates the birthplace of Arabica. Grown at high elevations, this light-medium roast offers layers of green tea, lemon verbena, and blackberry, delivering an elegant and refined cup that highlights Ethiopia’s legendary coffee heritage.

Origin & Region
Ethiopia — Guji, Hadeso

Cultivated by smallholder farmers in Hadeso, where coffee grows alongside native plants such as false banana trees that enrich the soil and provide natural shade. This traditional, sustainable approach preserves biodiversity and yields coffees of remarkable clarity and sweetness from one of Ethiopia’s premier growing regions.

Tasting Profile
Roast: Light-Medium

A bright, floral cup with vibrant acidity and delicate notes of green tea, lemon verbena, and blackberry. The balance of sweetness and aromatic complexity creates a sophisticated, memorable experience true to Ethiopia’s finest coffees.

Composition
Ethiopian Heirloom Varietals

Composed entirely of Ethiopia’s heirloom Arabica varietals, known for their unparalleled genetic diversity and floral depth. These ancient cultivars produce distinctive fruit and tea-like notes found only in Ethiopia’s indigenous coffee forests.

Altitude & Processing
1,850–2,100 MASL | Washed Process

Grown at high elevations and processed using traditional washed methods. After fermentation in cement tanks for 36–48 hours, the coffee is carefully dried under parabolic covers for up to a week—preserving the vibrant fruit tones and delicate florals that define Guji’s celebrated profile.
