KIND MUG sells coffee, tea, and drinkware through this Site. All transactions on this Site are processed through our technology partner FocusedAgility using Stripe for secure payment processing. By submitting your payment information, you authorize these processors to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.
All coffee and tea sales are final. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective drinkware. If an item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

This Site is intended for use only by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and located within the continental United States. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

We currently ship only within the continental United States. Coffee and tea purchases are non-refundable. Drinkware may be returned if damaged or defective. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@kindmug.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KIND MUG, its owners, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Please note: These Terms and Conditions apply only to the KIND MUG website and related online purchases. They do not apply to the forthcoming KIND MUG mobile app, which will be released in 2026 for use with KIND MUG coffee shops. The app will have its own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
